Hi My name is Lottie
With over 17 years of experience in the hair industry, I bring a wealth of expertise to my work . Since July 2020, I've proudly owned Upstairs Downstairs having manged the salon for the last 10 years , creating personalized and stylish experiences for my clients. I can truly say my hobby is a my hairdressing,
I love to share my knowledge and skills and pass on to my team , I am a qualified accessor this helps to progress our apprentices . I am always learning new skills and progressing myself with training courses. I also work as a freelancer educator working with other salons to share the knowledge of KEARASILK
